前言 随着自动化、数字化、网络化、智能化技术的快速发展及广泛应用,制造业的人才需求发生了很大变化,其需求对象由某一个领域单一技术的技能人才转变为“通才+专才”复合型技术的技能人才。为进一步落实中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会提出的深化“产教融合”的重大任务,国务院在发布的《国家职业教育改革实施方案》中明确提出在职业院校、应用型本科高校启动“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”制度(即“1+X”职业技能等级证书制度)试点工作,明确了开展深度“产教融合”“双元”育人的具体指导政策与要求。其中,“1+X”职业技能等级证书制度是统筹考虑、全盘谋划职业教育发展、推动企业深度参与协同育人和深化复合型技术技能人才培养培训而做出的重大制度设计。 本书是“1+X”职业技能等级证书(数控车铣加工)系列教材之一,是根据教育部数控技能型紧缺人才培养培训方案的指导思想,以及数控车铣加工职业技能等级证书的标准要求,结合当前数控技术的发展及教学规律编写而成的。本系列教材以数控车铣加工职业技能等级证书考核样题为基础,选用国内多种通用的CAD/CAM软件,从数控车和数控铣产品加工的典型任务入手,通过理解工程图样及工艺文件,编制零件的数控加工工艺和加工程序,特别是针对数控车铣综合加工工艺进行案例分析,使学习者能够掌握数控机床加工编程、完成定位及联动加工、检测,并控制产品的加工精度、对数控机床的精度进行检验及排除数控机床的一般故障等技能。 目前,已经出版的数控车铣机床高职教材存在教学思路老套、教学内容更新慢、配套资源形式单一,以及教材贴合度差等弊端,且缺少思政资源,不满足当前的立体化、多媒体化、电子化、思政元素深度化等教学要求。针对这些现状,本书以最新的车铣设备作为编写硬件,采用EPIP教学模式,突出实践技能训练,深度递进式写作方法,配套电子资源包括课程标准、PPT、微课、动画、教学录像等,是数控车铣教学的“交钥匙工程”项目,在图书市场上还未见到该类型出版物。本书出版后,在中职、高职学校及数控设备加工人员培训等市场上,会有很大的用户群体。 本书共分6个项目,项目一和项目二由赵慧编写,项目三由杨国星编写,项目四由王称编写,项目五由杨忠悦编写,项目六由史清卫编写,张桂英参与了本书的翻译工作。 由于编者水平有限,书中难免会有不足,恳请使用本书的师生和读者批评指正。 编者 2023年11月 Preface “Luban Workshop” is a wellknown brand for cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries, which is first practiced in Tianjin under the strong support and guidance of the Ministry of Education of China. It is committed to cultivating technical and skilled talents who are familiar with Chinese technology, understand Chinese processing and recognize Chinese products for the cooperative countries. It is a landmark achievement of the National Modern Vocational Education Reform and Innovation Demonstration Zone and a major innovation in the international development of Chinas vocational education. Since the first “Luban Workshop” was established in Thailand in 2016, China has successively carried out cooperation in countries along “the Belt and Road” to build a new stage for Sinoforeign vocational education cooperation. In December 2018, Tianjin Light Industry Vocational Technical College, together with Tianjin Transportation Technical College, cooperated with Egypts Ainshams University and Cairo Advanced Maintenance Technology School to jointly build “Luban Workshop”, in which the CNC machining technology is one of the key majors at the secondary vocational education level of the “Luban Workshop” jointly built by China and Egypt. In order to cooperate with the theoretical and practical teaching of the “Luban Workshop” in Egypt, carry out exchanges and cooperation, improve the international influence of Chinas vocational education, innovate the international cooperation mode of vocational colleges, and export the excellent resources of Chinas vocational education, the research group has prepared this book. The Engineering Practice Innovation Project (EPIP) teaching mode is the core content of “Luban Workshop”. It integrates theoretical teaching and practical teaching, and forms and develops students comprehensive professional ability and innovation ability in real work situations. This book is based on the EPIP teaching mode, taking the “Luban Workshop” CNC processing equipment as the carrier, combining with the current development of CNC turning and milling technology, taking the actual engineering project as the guide, and taking the practical application as the guide, while paying attention to the basic theory education, highlighting the practical skill training, and cultivating highlevel skilled talents with excellent scientific research ability and problemsolving ability. Stirling engine outputs power through a cycle of cooling, compression, heat absorption and expansion of the working medium in the cylinder, so it is also called a hot gas engine. It contains 26 typical parts and several standard parts. This book, as the intermediate engineering volume of the series of “CNC Turning and Milling”, takes six typical parts of the stirling engine model as the carrier and six typical projects as the main line, focusing on the professional knowledge and operating skills required for the turning programming and processing of bushings, working pistons, heating chambers, and the milling programming and processing of flywheels, cylinder block mounting bases and eccentric cams.
