前言 随着自动化、数字化、网络化、智能化技术的快速发展及广泛应用,制造业的人才需求发生了很大变化,其需求对象由某一个领域单一技术的技能人才转变为“通才+专才”复合型技术的技能人才。为进一步落实中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会提出的深化“产教融合”的重大任务,国务院在发布的《国家职业教育改革实施方案》中明确提出在职业院校、应用型本科高校启动“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”制度(即“1+X”职业技能等级证书制度)试点工作,明确了开展深度“产教融合”“双元”育人的具体指导政策与要求。其中,“1+X”职业技能等级证书制度是统筹考虑、全盘谋划职业教育发展、推动企业深度参与协同育人和深化复合型技术技能人才培养培训而做出的重大制度设计。 本书是“1+X”职业技能等级证书(数控车铣加工)系列教材之一,是根据教育部数控技能型紧缺人才培养培训方案的指导思想,以及数控车铣加工职业技能等级证书的标准要求,结合当前数控技术的发展及教学规律编写而成的。本系列教材以数控车铣加工职业技能等级证书考核样题为基础,选用国内多种通用的CAD/CAM软件,从数控车和数控铣产品加工的典型任务入手,通过讲解工程图样及工艺文件,编制零件的数控加工工艺和加工程序,特别是针对数控车铣综合加工工艺进行案例分析,使学习者掌握数控机床加工编程、完成定位及联动加工、检测,并控制产品的加工精度、对数控机床的精度进行检验及排除数控机床的一般故障等技能。 目前,已经出版的数控车铣机床高职教材存在教学思路老套、教学内容更新慢、配套资源形式单一,以及教材贴合度差等弊端,且缺少相应资源,不满足当前的立体化、多媒体化、电子化、思政元素深度化等教学要求。针对这些现状,本书以最新的车铣设备作为编写硬件,采用EPIP教学模式,突出实践技能训练,运用深度递进式写作方法,是数控车铣教学的“交钥匙工程”项目,在图书市场上还未见到该类型出版物。本书出版后,在中职、高职学校及数控设备加工人员培训等市场上,会有很大的用户群体。 本书共分为6个项目。项目一和项目三由赵慧编写,项目二由史清卫编写,项目四由王称编写,项目五由马绪鹏编写,项目六由王培磊编写,王启祥参与了本书的翻译工作。 由于编者水平有限,书中难免会有不足,恳请使用本书的师生和读者批评指正。 编者 2023年11月 Preface With the rapid development and wide application of automation, digitization, networking and intelligent technologies, the demand for talents in the manufacturing industry has undergone great changes, that is, the skilled talents of a single technology in a certain field have been transformed into a composite type of “generalist + specialist”. It is compiled according to the guiding ideology of the training program of the Ministry of education for CNC skilled and urgently needed talents and the requirements of the vocational skill grade certificate for CNC turning and milling processing, combined with the current development of CNC technology and teaching rules. This series of textbooks is based on the examination sample questions of the vocational skill grade certificate of CNC turning and milling machining, using a variety of domestic general CAD/CAM software, starting from the typical tasks of CNC turning and milling, by understanding engineering drawings and technological documents, compiling CNC machining process and machining procedures of parts, especially for the case analysis of CNC turning and milling comprehensive machining technology, especially for the case analysis of CNC turning and milling comprehensive processing technology, so that learners can master CNC programming, positioning and linkage processing, detecting and controlling the machining accuracy of products, testing the accuracy of CNC machine tools, and eliminating general malfunctions of CNC machine tools, etc. At present, the published higher vocational textbooks for CNC turning and milling have disadvantages such as oldfashioned teaching ideas, slow content update, supporting resources with single form and poor conformity with textbooks, and lack of ideological and political resources, which do not meet the current teaching requirements of stereoscopic, multimedia, computerization, and indepth ideological and political elements.
